Saya amalkan ambil 4 biji Shaklee Herb-Lax seminggu sekali, untuk kesihatan perut, usus & dalaman. Biasanya hujung minggu, hari Sabtu malam Ahad tue, supaya tak ganggu aktiviti harian. Kadang-kadang 2-3 kali seminggu (ikut kerajinan! hehe).

Lain orang, lain efeknya. Ada orang yang keesokan harinya perut terus bersih. Bagi saya pula, efeknya lambat dan perlahan. Kadang-kadang petang keesokannya, kadang-kadang malam keesokan harinya.
